Exchange & Return Policy
To ensure your comfort and satisfaction while shopping with us,
we offer exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Must include the original tag and packaging.
If there’s a mistake on our side or a manufacturing defect,
we will cover all shipping costs, and the refund will be issued to the customer after confirming the issue and inspecting the product.
For size or color changes made by customer preference,
shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
